'My pots are about people, their cultures, beliefs, emotions and how this separates or ties us together. Some of the pots are directly related to the human form, others to the line created through the body in certain postures or movements. Body language was my starting point; I wanted to create a language between my pots just like our silent language. My fascination with the visual and spiritual aspects of the Maasai culture features frequently in my work"
