"Industrial chimneys and their different shapes and designs fascinate me. I am particularly interested in their structure, the textures on their outer surfaces and how erosion and pollution changes this over time. Through my work I am seeking a response that involves this interaction of industrial landscape and muted palette of skyline colours within the clay forms."
