"My ideas originate from the scale, geometry and distortion of forms and structures found in the natural world. My work explores the distortions that occur when using soft slabs of clay. I use porcelain for its translucency, whiteness and plasticity. The resulting abstract pieces are fired to 1220 degrees and left unglazed."
Hand built, porcelain.
